Book 1 of the land is a narration by Socrates, somewhat the dialogue he has between several fellows including: Cephalus, Polemarchus, and last Thrasymachus. The story begins with Socrates and Glaucon are going a celebration, when Polemarchus and his slave project up to them and Polemarchus invites Socrates over to talk. It is globeifest from the very beginning how others hatch the intellectual abilities of Socrates, by the how bad they persuade him in to nest shot over for a chat. Socrates first begins talking with Cephalus, novice of Polemarchus, approximately life, years and wealth. Cephalus is intrigued by Socrates and asks him to come over to discourse much often. Socrates is fascinate by his argument and whence goes on to question Cephalus by suggesting that perchance the great wealth inherited by Cephalus was plausibly the soil why he was at peace with his age, then stating insinuating that without money and wealth, Cephalus, would likely not have the same view. Cephalus then goes on to admit that peradventure Socrates is right. The conversation, next, turns in to a word about justness, but Cephalus, appears to prat down and invite his son Polemarchus to count with Socrates. It is the belief of Polemarchus that justice is merely giving man what he deserves. Polemarchus is completely out-classed by Socrates and is quick to submit to Socrates.
